Here's something which will help out allies on the right flank. You can get up the roof fast from the boxes but must have 125 fps. Go to the end of the boxes and do a strafe jump onto the roof. Fairly hard to do.

You need 125 fps to get up here. Just look down to get 125 fps if you need to and do it the first way shown in the demo (easy) or jumping straight with a little gap. Having a tiny gap makes it easier to get up.
