Crash of ranking system.

Hello there, i want to say that on some servers like #10 for example, my experience won't go. I'm playing a lot so my rank must be Learner or something. But it's stuck so i'am a Roach about one month. By the way i deleted file mp_data, and made a new accounts, but it's useless.
I can do a screen if someones need it.

I just got the same glitch/error last night on Server #8. Seems like from what I've heard is that it's pretty common bug, and that there is no way to fix it if I understood correctly.
Hopefully there is a way to fix it, because I was ranking up pretty darn fast as of late and now, I'm stuck at Roach forever.

Not sure i know this happens if you change something in the mod. If you add a new .iwd to the mod(sometimes needed if you add a new map) the ranks will deleted unfortunately.

Not sure what causes it and Custom ranking in custom mods has never been perfect.
I would recommend in future keeping a constant backup of your mp_data file.
