VIP help!

hey,
i got some problems with the jumping.cfg
well i add a line from promote in the jumping.cfg
set cj_promote guid,name
But this is not working? what am i doing wrong?
or is there an other way to do it because we want people getting auto vip when they join so the admins dont need to promote here first.
