Not a problem if you didn't buy the game in the first place. Just make a fake steam account with the cracked version of the game.

is mw2 data (levels and stuff) saved trhough steam? so if i got rid of mw2 (uninstalled) then installed agaan, would i still be same level?

No it wont, it will push IW and STEAM to start banning people for illegal modifications to the files.

Just a sidenote as well, if you get banned on Steam, that doesn't just mean MW2, that means every game you own on Steam for your account. That means you have to rebuy every game that you've bought. GL with that.
