[CoD:WaW] mp_gap
Well, I got bored and started making a gap map...
Obviously it's one of those maps that you can practice & beat jump distances.
Here's some pics of it so far, I'm still messing around with lighting & all that...

I want a map like DanTheMan Jump map from COD4, but a little less difficault. & More Hidden Secrect rooms

Plus, I think most people want secrets so they don't actually have to do any work, but get to annoy others with the rewards of the end?

Unless Radiant changed the whole unit system which I don't think would be done.

-I'm 95% done , problem is I can't find a way to make my maps zonefile load correctly when I add custom gsc's to it. (Such as a script that kills you and displays a message, or a teleporter, etc.)
So until i can, it won't be finished.

Looks a little graphics intensive for a gap map, to me.
I always thought gap maps were simple designed to get the user the best fps! i think all that waters going to be a killer

Well, now that I've just finished mapping the geometry, until I can get scripts to load, I'm going to focus on high fps, while looking fairly detailed, but anyways I can get about 200 fps (all high settings) on it right now, and I've just removed about 1,000 lights and that should be a big boost, plus I'll be doing something with the water.

Aim for 125 FPS to be achieved for the average jumper if possible!

The problem is I can get around 125 on all high settings, while someone else randomly varies from 50-125.
So with that in mind I'll aim for around 200.
