Hello, my name is Cole I live in Canada and joined these forums long ago and came back to see what it was like. (took like half and hour to find my user name lol)

Well I have Cod4 for computer and Xbox360 live.

I'm trying to figure out how to join the cod4 Cod jumper server. It wont let me use the console. If anyone could help me there that would be great

Welcome back to the community! To use the console to join:

Go to your CoD4 MP main menu
Open Options > Game Options and make sure 'Enable Console' is set to Yes
Open up console (~) and type '/connect ip' (no ''s)

If you still can't join, make sure you have updated your Call of Duty 4 to the latest version (version 1.7).

Welcome to the community

All our servers run the latest patch, so if you don't have it then make sure you download and install it.

Before you connect to the server make sure you have "Allow downloading" set to "Yes" in options, so you can download the mod and any jump maps (currently we only have mp_gap_training on server #2).

If you still can't get in, what message do you get if you try and connect to the server using the /conect ip command?

Do you have xfire? If so, try connecting to it through there.

Yea i can connect but my graphics card isnt great and i dont think it runs Cod4 very well so i lag

I'd say your issue is actually your processor. While your graphics card is weak, it is strong enough for CoD4, and you have plenty of RAM. However 1.8ghz x2 is not really good. It is odd though, I would have thought you would have enough power to run it.
