To fill you in: my Call of Duty CD's do not install properly. Once the first CD is done, the second CD will just sit in the disk drive and the installer freezes. It does not unfreeze until I take the disk out, and it then proceeds to ask me to put it back in. I've had to manually install Call of Duty by taking the files from disk (it works).
Here's my problem: I can't install CoD Radiant because it can't detect a valid installation of CoD. I'm guessing this is because there were no registry entries for CoD because of the way I installed it. I'm wondering if there is a way to bypass this, such as a .zip file as opposed to an executable installer (for CoDRad).
Any help is appreciated.
EDIT: I solved the problem. I had a friend send me a screenshot of his registry entries and I created them myself. Everything works now!
