Tried to look for the secret room with noclip but no sucess.

There was only 1 place where you could get up and that's in the ruined house in the corner close to A (The Flak Cannon, could be B too, I can never remember the bomb locations). But you will need to nade-jump to get able to get on top of it but I didn't bother to try.
