beginner looking for advice

i have played the mp_codjumper_training and mp_bounce training

they both seem to be a little hard for me but i keep practicing,

is there any other map easier than this to practice?

I seem to recall mp_codjumper_training starting with jump sizes which you can do by running straight forward and jumping, i.e. which doesn't require a strafe jump. So I'm not sure if it's possible to find an 'easier' map to train on.

I can't think of any other maps which may be relevant, but my recommendation would be to just join a random jump server (https://www.gametracker.com/search/cod4/?query=jump) and give it a go. As with most things, practice makes perfect.
