Hah, that's so true. Also the main reason why I didn't even pay attention to the whole topic as Scott started it.
Just because I'm a cunt doesn't mean I can't start a good topic

Was tasty as fuck. Medium-Well with chips + salad :P
Ribeye nice, but Medium-Well is a poor, poor choice :P Rare (or Medium-Rare at a stretch) is the most a steak should be cooked ;)

Haha, well I hope that's not what he meant - didn't try to put you down for your poor taste of steak KS

I've just tried Rare through to Well-done and would never choose anything other than (Medium-)Rare :P

I am not watching based on the video frame alone. There are many people who eat meat who are just as ripped him and probably twice as strong. I don't disregard his methods, but I wouldn't say its even close to the best way.

Can't believe the way he acts, as if cutting out meat makes everything perfect.

Well it's obviously made a huge difference to the way he lives his life and changed things for the better :P

and Sam I guess that's just a way of thinking about it, he strongly agrees that eating meat is wrong, he's a very open minded, spiritual person, that is just his way of thinking about it :)

I honestly believe, that the "no meat" concept is a placebo effect.

The fact is, we are stating 'meat' in the most unscientific sense - when talking diets, we should be talking, proteins, carbs & fats.
How you obtain your balance diet has little effect on the outcome.

Meats fall in the protein category, a small amount of meat can contain a lot of protein and vitamins, the only issue with meat is the amount of unsaturated fat, although this can be minimised depending on meat and cooking.
Veg proteins however contain little to no fats, but they only offer a low amount of protein - so you need more veg to compensate.

There is no real benefit to not eating meat, this is why almost every (non-vegetarian) athlete will consume meat as a key ingredient, the fittest athletes in the world from Olympic athletes to boxers will consume meat.

I am not arguing his method does not work, my argument is that his method is NOT a better method, just an alternative.

Also, his spirituality has NOTHING to do with physical fitness and makes it obvious that his dropping meat is no more than a personal placebo making himself happier and that in turn improves his lifestyle.
