Downloading not working

ive got a new computer a week ago and it works fine for most cod things and anything else but on [codjumper by captain kirk] server im stuck on this downloading screen. it started to download maps, then i had to reconnect and its stuck saying

Try completely deleting the mod folder named captjumper and rejoining. If that doesn't work then it seems like it's an issue with the server no your computer. (You could also try deleting the modfolder + your config_mp to check it, but in this case make sure you back up your config_mp if you do!)

still not working, others get onto the server easily, ive even seen my friend connect to it at my house.
it downloads all the maps and everything then freezes when it gets to that file

There is nothing wrong with the server, i am able to get onto it without any worries.

PROBLEM FIXED

After talking to captain kirk i stupidly realized that i can transfer the files from the other computer.
In future if anyone has a problem with joining the server you can download the full mod from his website.
