connection interrupted fix

I got big Problem, i try to set timescale to 0.1 and record with 20fps via fraps to render in virtual dub with 200 fps.
but now there always come a Connection interrupted on the Screen. with cg_draw2d "0" i can turn it off, but then i cant see the Chat anymore.

i heard about theiw3mp_CoD4_Kamikaz_9999ssfix_lagiconfix.rar, but i cant download it anywhere cause its everywhere offline.
does anyone know how to disable this Connection interrupted Icon?

This only happens with cg_draw2d? You could just set the game to hardcore instead.
