Image on loading screen?

Hey, you know how bouncer_training has an image on loading screen? Anyone know how I can set one on my own map? I know how to edit DSS files/converting them from .IWI - DSS, that's simple. I'm guessing I have to make an image and place it in the maps .IWD file under a certain name or something?
