Are these shortcuts legal or not?

This isnt really a shortcut, but you do skip 2 jumps and it doesnt take much skill.

And this is a shortcut to skip half of peds_bathroom, but it does takes a lot of skill... Very far strafejump.

i like that shortcut drofder, i've tried it before but couldnt do it lol. i did one on my jm_woop demo(no not the lameass one) its in that room where u have to blow up the wall, where u jump over the fence first (very easy) http://www.aufa87.dsl.pipex.com/jm_woop_luke241.dm_2 when i first played it i thought that was the normal way as it was too dark to see the other little jumps, i'm sure it wont be allowed, what do u think?.. zaitsev does a few little shortcuts on his demo/s too.

hmm good but, since u killed yourself before u landed on the target i dont think it counts ? i think we need to decide what the finish point is, i.e. panzer kill on target, or just land on target

Thats why i killed my selve, i saw zaitsev do it, but i dont think it was any faster, at most 0.1 sec. i think...

yeah but what if someone was to shoot the panzer much higher in the air? since u have little health that is possible, so thats why i brought it up really, but like u said it didnt make much if any difference in your demo so wp

both of you nice job, in my oppinon that shortcut by aicaramba should count but whatever, and luke that kill early doesnt do anything imo .

lol ok, zaitsev has been using a stop watch to time them and this is what he said: "caramba 1:05.18 u 1:05.26" so atm(if put on site) me and caramba will be joint 1st, but he will be above me

the peds_bathroom shortcut is not allowed ! the jm_tools ladderbug is also NOT ok ! ! ! because you cant do this gap with a strafejump

well caramba the bathroom one wont count, i can assure u of that! and as zaitsev said for tools, the ladder jump is a glitch/bug.. after talking to him he made it clear that only minor shortcuts are allowed, such as jumping over a ledge to get to the next one ahead of it..any glitches or shortcuts that skip the intended route of the map wont be allowed..as i said i didnt think my woop shortcut would be ok and it isnt lol. sorry to say it but thats how it is..but caramba u have the skills to do it without the shortcuts m8
