New IP Address for CJ#11

Hi everyone!

The CJ#11 server has been moved to a new ip at 24.107.96.250:28960.
All settings have been kept the same, and B3 has been reloaded with the same database.
I have told the CJ team about the IP change, and it should be reflected on the homepage soon.
