iCuCme(Kong) for admin on CodJumper5?

Is it possible that iCuCme(Kong) could be a admin on CJ server #5 as he is a great jumper and he helps alot of people. He needs it because alot of people vote spam etc he is quite active on it more than any other admins (if there are any im not sure) and he always helps newbies and people stuck on jumps and know the fps' for lots of the jumps.

Me: Well, i think the ONLY way to resolve this problem is...KS reseign from site admin and me to take his place, and then commence my plan for world domination...

They operate the server and they decide who gets admin.
