Our vid was stolen

Some of you may know we recently uploaded a floating care package tutorial. So this guy has taken our vid and uploaded to his channel claiming it as his own. He even took the part out where i said my name in beginning. i left a comment and he deleted it. Im not sure what to do about this. Should i get people to flag it for copyright or what? heres the vid he uploaded of ours.

It'll end up with a shit rating, he'll probably end up blocking comments, and if enough of us flag it for the same reason it's got a chance of being taken down.

Move along, only use scare tactics when you have a good reason to use them. Situation was solved unbelievably quick, I can assure you he wont do it again

I have had a lot of toruble with people reuploading my vids in the past, if you ask them to remove it and they wont then there is a link at the bottom of the youtube page called 'copyright'.

You can file a complaint and his video gets taken down and his account gets a strike.

But you don't own Black Ops so it's not really a copyright issue is it ? I'm not sure how it really works but you did make the video, but all contents are not yours so I'm not sure if it's possible to file a copyright claim.

Anyway, we've had these copies in the past and they have all been deleted as far as I am aware.
