My fps is fail

Lower your resolution and turn of AA and AF. Should do the trick normally.

Depends on the specs of the rest of your PC also - simply having a good graphics card isn't neccessarily good enough.

Try cleaning out most of your un-used files / games from your pc. It should do alot better, it boosted Cad's upload and dl speed by alot.

Since you got Windows 7, go to start and search for Disk Cleanup, run that and delete some non-usefull things.
