We have 3 threads called "banned" or similar. People are not using Matrix's email although he has asked them enough times.
So idea...
Make a sticky thread called "Banned? -Look Here-" or whatever,
Divert all cases to this thread by posting a link in the original thread, lock the original. when the person has then put their message into the new thread, delete the original.
Once a person has been unbanned (or told they will be banned for a duration) delete all the threads accept for the one by Matrix (or whatever server admin banned them). This way you can have a simple, spam free, banned thread.
Just thought it was a good idea instead of having several "please unban me, although I'm guilty" threads.
