Hard to tell who's fault it is tbh.

You could blame the guy who gave Button the green flag to go the fault because the guy changing the wheel cannot be blamed for faulty equipment, but you could then blame the guy changing the wheel because he failed to realise the gun was faulty before trying to use it (when time is an issue, you should check your equipment before using it)...

Either way, terrible mistake :)
