Yes.

'Most' games, can run on a medium graphics computer at 60 frames for a very cheap cost. I am not talking, playing Crysis on full 2000+ resolution.

I built my PC for little over £600 and can run all games above 60 frames, my now old computer could run 'most' games on 60+ and on todays costs, would cost close to £300.
