Can someone recomend a great motherboard for AMD system

Need a good mother board for amd am2+ 6000 dual core but I would like it to take the quad core in the future

I cant seem to load into the game very fast with Gama 770 gigabite MB 4gig reaper ram 800mhz 4870 graffics card.
6000+ 3.11mhz cpu 640gig western digital hard drive, fresh install

Ive defraged ,updated bios,
Still loads much slower on all game types compared with other peoples on same lan connection, same internet connection

Ive even tried to put the game on one drive, the swap file on another drive, and then windows on another drive but no luck with speed on the load screens.

Running WIN Xp service pack 2

SOmeone just said could be my graffics or screen res are to high, or viris checker , so ill try this tonignt
