Maybe not completely new but all these jumps have been done with less than 100 DMG. A good example is the jump into the tree near the swimming pool. Over 100 dmg so I found this alternate way (But done by President).
And we found a legal way on the other appartments

333 fps does decrease fall damage, thats fairly old.. An other way is to fire an rpg just before u hit the pole. Saves like 20 dmg.
