I can do most stereograms very easily usually, but this one, although i can do it, it makes no sense. I can see the 'objects' rising from the page, but I am unable due to the lack of quality make out what it is/says.

The cheat for this is to use photoshop, create 2 layers of the same object and with the top layer at a lower transparency, horizontally move the image until a pattern emerges. Although the pattern will be hard to see as it will be 2D not 3D.

And no, I do not play hackits. Are there any clues?

Yeah same. I even printed it off to see if it helped looking at it like that, but no luck. I can sort of see "P 7". Though I don't think that's it. Tough stereogram to focus on.

the only clues i've got for this so far are from the forums:
- title of level is "The Pass of Neo?"
- apparently the password isn't 4 letters
- convert it to grayscale, then you don't have to bother about colours at all, and can still solve it!
- is it like a magic eye? i won't say no... but I don't know if that's to much of a hint. I figured out how to solve it both ways. The first way is alot harder then most of them. Just think small. It's also possible, and probably easier for most with 1st grade level paint skills.
-Meh, I just started seeing four stick figures in it -> There are actually three, if that helps
- you definitely don't need to print it... googling for something similar should be enough.
- hint for those who see other pics and do not recognize letters here; in form of a small riddle, not to give a spoiler:
"at the frontier between the usa and mexico.
you look at the border from your home country.
so, what are you? american or mexican?"
the answer is the way you have to look through/at the matrix.
- (funny extra) I'm using binoculars for stereograms, and tried it for others(and i was able to see 3d!), but for some reason, i don't see it in this one.,.

think i'll have to look for my binocs lol. level link is here if u wanna try some passwords, but u have to register first http://www.hackits.de/challenge/misc/miscel2/index.php

Maybe that's implying you should look at it sideways / upside down?

I can definately make something out from looking at it, but nothing accurate.

It's those illusions where you put your nose next to it, then slowly move your head away and something projects from it as though it's 3D.

Jesus!

Solved mofos!

HINTS:
- It is 100% visible in the usual magic eye technique, it just requires a little more focus than usual.
- I solved it using a photoshop technique, if you struggle with magic eye, highlight text below.

- Open in photoshop
- Copy the image twice onto new layers.
- (Bottom Layer) Desaturate layer or replace green matrix to white.
- (Top Layer) Change the colour of the green matrix to red (Replace colour under Image<Adjustments)
- (Top Layer) Set transparency of layer to 50%
- Move top layer slowly to the right.
- You will eventually see where the two layers meet, some areas will be a pinky red and other will just be a mess or red/white/black.
- Get the rubber tool out and slowly start removing the messy areas leaving only the pinky red left. You will eventually form a word.

If you still cannot do it, let me know and I shall post the answer in its photoshopped form.

Would be fun if you could post it. If I understand the result I know how this stuff works.

put your face about 5 - 10 cm away from the page, and keep going in and out of bogeyedness (word?) If you do it right, when you are out of bogeyed you will still kinda be in it, it will seem like yorue looking at the picture normally but it has 3d shapes and stuff in it. That one above is a good example.
