Atleast they're still watching our forums and are well aware of it now! I suggest you lot better hurry finding some jumps now then!

I take it it was coinsidence you came across this Louw ? No way to think about doing something like this

Very nice glitch.

2 things though...

1) What is exactly being performed to cause the glitch? (I have yet to try and currently cannot).
2) It only took so long to upload because the you wanted to find all the jumps you could first, wish annoys me to some degree, I won't go into why as it will spoil the thread, so answer (1) and I will be happier.

1: u jump on a place u normally glide off, if u jump with a lot of speed u shoot trough
dont know how to explain it very well

2: atze had lots of upload troubles, he could upload 2kb/sec and it stopped after a while so he could start over
at the end he uploaded it @ his mate in parts

i downloaded the parts and put it together and then i uploaded the movie in 15 minits ;P

i just found a new roof on mp_crash its very hard and the strainge ting is that its not possible with 250 or 333 fps only with 125

and lower i gues

I was able to do it once with just 40fps, but only once (i suck at cod4 jumping though, so no big surprise)

to do the glitch u must strafe as fast as u can against a spot u can glide off, like some of the cars in the game
the faster u strafe the faster u fly trough, or the higher

And thanks for the explanation on how the jump (works), my only guess as to why it works is that the engine is trying to force you away from the object, the faster you are moving towards it, the faster you come out the other side (in this case, higher you bounce).

very nice discovery. louw im just wondering. in the video every time you hit the ground something in like green letters appears on the bottom left hand corner. im wondering what that is because to me it looks like it says something about speed. but thats just me.

Its CoDjumper mod, it detects the amount of damage taken. If all 2 lines are green, the player survived the damage, if the last line is red, they 'should' have died.
