Hello to all, my problem is that they do not leave the textures to me custom in the game but in radiant if they see me, I put screenshots to you of radiant and cod2 here, as can be the problem? I to the archives of main/images and main/materials in .iwd but are not seen me in the game.

yep, you are using sky_matmata, which is as KS said, skybox only.
