Whats in you map?
how many light entities?
how many patch/terrain?

Its got a sky surrounding the map, default worldspawn, dm/tdm spawns and a global intermission...i've only textured the first 2 rooms, and i wanted to test it. i'm converting jm_motion

I had a compiler crash because of my sky box.
I had to remake it in a different to the usual way. Basically make it like in mp_test, where the brushes do not fully touch, just edges. Try that.

Tried but still got the damn error, looks like i won't be converting a map until i find out what that error means

I suggest IWN forums. Infinity Ward are actually posting over their, and they have a few specialists helping out.

Thanks for the suggestion, I asked on the IWN forum and i was told i had brushes which were too big, and they were right coz after i cut them down it compiles now.
some of my brushes were up to 4000 units
I wouldn't usually make brushes much bigger than 1000, but its been awhile since i made that map
Also managed to get castle into cod2radiant, seems the problem was an end cap of a cylinder which i missed

Told you, some of those guys have been working with Radiant for over 5 years
As for finding things...
Press M. It will tell you all the details. So if you have a patch/terrain etc.
