Do you mean the 125fps jumps?

There are two jumps there where you have to have 125fps.

Open console, type the following (the text in bold):

/cg_drawfps 1
This will show your fps (frames per second) in the top right hand corner of your screen.

/com_maxfps 125
This will set the maximum fps you can get as 125

To do these jumps your fps needs to be exactly 125 (for some reason you can jump slightly higher than usual when you have 125fps). If you still have any problems just ask.

Jackslap says:

hey, how would i set my fps to 125 ?? as pedsman said i did /CG_DRAWFPS 1 in console so it shows my fps then i did /COM_MAXFPS 125 but when i do it my fps up in top right corner is 60 and i still cant do the jump in mp_jump the one where u go down the chimney (second house i believe) all the way up top befor u jump on ledge to climb the wooden stick to get out window ....

Read http://www.pedsdesign.com/codjumper/tips.php :
The first thing to do is unlock the fps which is capped at 60. To do this turn off sync every frame in the options.
Follow all the directions on that page and if it still doesn't work then let us know again, but do it in this topic please, don't start a whole new one ;)

The ''Sync Every Frame'' I always turn that off and it blasts to 125fps!

the reason you jump higher is prediction
dont really know how to explain but basicly its like this

the game predicts where you go and what you are going to do
this doesnt mean the game predicts where you are going on the map but trys to predict the following info that your
computer sends to the server on your position and movement

so there is a frame rate for that one so your movement is always sooner on the server then the server predicts
also works in your own game as well

the 125 fps is not really needed 120 will do it too
on screen it will say 125 but this isnt true
next is 200 and after that 333 500
with 500 your info will be 7 times faster then server prediction so you jump high
think theres loads of valeus for that one and will try to explain it in common language and post a new topic on it so you all know why this is

yeah the most common is 125 mainly because when the game was launched the best cards were only just reaching fps rates of 200 or 300

all games on the q3 engien follow this rule :)
