Slow downloads for maps

when i go on to any codjumper server or any server at all, it takes about 25 mins for a download of a single map. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

If it's downloading from the game server itself, it is likely to be slow.

For this reason, many servers tend to use a HTTP redirect, where you download from a website (through CoD) rather than from the server itself.

If you're trying to join a server which has a slow download, then you're probably best off making a note of which map it is trying to download, and manually finding it online to download, then reconnecting and repeating the process for however many maps there are.
