Codjumper Server PC Fovscale wont work?

hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help me, i got the fovscale at 1.125 to work..once... Now it will not work ive tried everything and its not working, anyone have any suggestions? im running a server for AR51, i am trying to make it better but this is holding me back :p any help will be much appreciated
