I will show you how to disable and enable teamchange

1; Run cod4 multiplayer
2; Enable console in game options
3; Press ~ (this button is under escape)
4; Type in devmap mp_(map)
5; The game will start
6: Again press ~ and type in Teamchange or allow_changeteam
7; Allow_changeteam 0
8;If you are running a internet or lan server than
Type in the outside console allow_changeteam "0"
If that does not work type in set_allow_changeteam "0"
