Heey, i have a problem with adding custom textures into my CoD1 maps...this is what i have done:
1. I made a 512x512 image in Paint.NET, saved it as a DDS, and with DXT5 NOT Generating MIP maps.
Then i used CoD2 Asset_Manager, cus the CoD1 manager doesn't have the "Material" option.
I fixed the settings, as they showed on youtube, and converted it with NO errors at all!
NOW HERES ONE OF THE PROBLEMS!
I added a "Images" and "Materials" folder into my CoD Main, and added all the files in there from the CoD2. And it wont appear in CoDRadiant.
I also tried something stupid... I opened the main for CoD1, opened the localized_english.pk3, and added the texture in the "Textures\Crates" folder, and it actually showed up in radiant, but not when i played the map in CoD...
Any suggestiopns??
