Extreme Shortcuts and Bounces 3 (CoD4) [PC]

Hey guys , this is the 3rd episode of my new series. Every bounce here is either an extremly good (or very good w/e) shortcut or extremely/very hard. There are old bounces from My old Custom Maps Jumps and Bounces 4 , i said ill remake it so here it is.

Ive been on the cj server with fishy a couple times and he said something about to get maximum height out of a bounce you switched to 333 fps 0.3 seconds after the bounce. Is that right or if not how did you manage to do the first bounce of ib_glass_v3 with no rpg?
