Vacant Attack
This one is faster then the other method trough the roof. Although this 1 is harder to do.

This is the better version that is faster. So it depends on your opponnent wich version you need to use.

I like to find nades, but I am not trying it myself in a match very often

The nicest thing to do is find nades that everyone can do by seeing the movie one time and that will always work. I will make an example. Link will follow (soon

Yeah, like ones where you stand perfectly still, aim, throw.

Unfortunately it's harder to do that in CoD4 than it was in CoD and CoD2.

I already have find a few nice ones in crash and vacant.
