Ok so on your server it says in console stuff like New Beta Test in Progress and New Vote Options Hopefully Working Now. And if You Play Old School Glitchout it shows the Admins. So just say i had rcon, how would i edit it with rcon so it goes from "New Vote Options Hopefully Working Now" To "Vote Options Work Now." ??

Server config is located on your server's hosting site. (such as lowping.net)

You may aswell change those messages using console, it'll however reset everytime the server has to be restarted, therefore pretty pointless.

This dvar is used to apply messages to a player once they have spawned.
The dvar can be used to create a multiline message with a different wait time between each message.
To create such a message, use the following syntax.

Syntax: "<wait>::<message>::<wait>::<message>::<wait>::<message>" (etc)
Example: set cj_welcome "1::Hello::0::Welcome to the server::3::Enjoy your stay"

You may do it manually throughout console.

It could however get quite anoying to have to retype it every single time you start up your server:
Therefore, I would recomand you to create a ".cfg" file into the "players/<your name>" folder, type everything (The previously stated commands) in it, remplace "set" by "/rcon" though, once the file is created, save it. Start up your server, open up your console, loggin into rcon, type /exec <filename.cfg>, the comands should be enabled afterward. You may therefore switch to another map and enjoy those useless messages, yay!
