Codjumper server 3 on cod4 strafe jump training.

Hey i wanted to train my strafe in the codjumper server for it but when i try to enter it an error comes up and says "zz_codjumper iwd is corrupt or something what to do to fix it?

Delete your z_cod4jumper.iwd file and mod.ff file out of your C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/players/profiles/your name/mods/codjumper folder and rejoin with allow downloading enabled in multiplayer options.
