Since you mantle/climb on there does that mean that it's technically a glitch?

So anyone that can RPG strafe long gaps easily make a video tutorial and explain every step in detail....if you have time to. In the mean time I'll just keep on trying, maybe I'll just stumble on it and all of a sudden be able to get the gap, lol.
