Haven't completely understood what you want, but just if you didn't know: you can have all your custom stuff either in .iwd files or simply in corresponding folders. For example, in "main" create a folder "images" and then you can store all your custom images in it.

333 fps is not 125 speeded up or so. it's just different behaviour in air. If you try to do a jump with 333 fps but using the 125 fps technique, you won't get as far as with 125. I would suggest you lowering all the settings and trying some graphic cheat-protected commands on your own server.
