This solves the problem but, I make a lot of demos and it is hard to sort them because I have to watch them to know which I need or I'll have to give them names every time. But using the demo recorder it is impossible.

Is there a way to change the default directory for storing demos. Something like when I type /record the game should record it in dir \demos\my\demo0001.dm_2. I tried smth. else - I type /record my\[names] and it stores them in dir \demos\my\ , but I don't want to type name every time because I'm us...
