I've done everything it says in the instructions but it still wont work...

Hey Guys im trying to make my on jumper server in cod4, but im having a but of a problem, it's not showing that im the Admin and im not spawning with the Admin weapons

and can any please send me a link to the grav gun and Admin gun download

and can anyone tell me how to pick up people.
