This is a hard jump. First of all drive the tank to that place in the demo so you can jump on it. You can walk on a ledge to the end and walk on an invisible wall. Now comes the tricky part, panzershreck jump into the window. If you managed that you can jump down into a building but you got to be carefull at this part. The small drop takes away some health. After that you can also jump under the map.
