For this to work 2 RPGs are required and it's almost (If not completely) essential to have the Sleight of Hand Perk. So get up the roof with stacking as seen in Backlot_jump_14. First of all, let 1 player crouch on the window shutter. The second person uses a RPG-jump to get on the player and another RPG to boost you onto the roof! It's very tricky!
