OK, Sam and I have been arguing over which one of these is easier, so we've put it to a poll. To make it fair I won't say which he thinks is easier and which I think is easier.
#1. Get 876 from: 100, 1, 5, 5, 9, 10
#2. Get 231 from: 100, 2, 3, 5, 10, 6
For those of you who aren't familiar with the number round from Countdown, read on!
You've got to use the numbers given to make the target number, by adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying (don't have to use all the numbers and don't have to use all of add/subract/divide/multiply).

I got number 2 in a few seconds. Number one (althought easy) wasn't blatently obvious to me.

Define easier?
If I gave this to my cousin, then neither. If I gave it to my mum, then number 2 would be easier due to low numbers and basic addition, but MY opinion is number 1, I got it instantly, but 1 took an extra second or so.
