They will probably next fix the clipping points on maps, could tbh, this would be pretty impossible. (leaning out of most objects can cause minor clipping, and looking over fences that are head height will always cause major clipping (carentan, near MG house/Car)
The only way to fix it would be fixing the player cameras. (where the eyes are set) or by changine the way solid objects react with the gun (so gun cannot go through the wall (many games have done this...)

lol not realy realistic to say a 7.62mm round fired at 100yards can peirce 1inch of hardend steel !
we tested it on a peice of 1inch American Halftrack armour
all the rounds 7.62m and 7.92mm we fired at closer than 500yards did some damage the 3.03 did nothing and neither did the .45 or 9mm
at a range of 200yards the 7.92mm russian penetrated 1inch of steel and traveled through a peice of 3x2 before stopping 4meters into the sand wall
at a range of 100yards the 7.62mm german 'long' penetrated the same armour with a slightly smaller entry hole but did the same distance into the sand wall
we also tested several other calibers but only the
7.62mm and 7.92mm rounds could penetrate it
looks like the yanks were screwed lol !
mg42 = 7.62mm or 7.92mm (depends on factory and year) so imagin a full 250rnd belt being shot at an american halftrack!
everyone in it would be dead!
muahahahahahahaa
also even 9mm can punch a hole through redbrick :p (well with a full mag you can make a hole the size of someones fist!)
so in reality to make the game more realistic the textures would have to react correctly to each weapon
SO NO EVEN MAKING SOME BITS WITH HOLES AINT GONNA CUT IT :p
IRL you MAKE the holes :p

Yea but you must first find them and only when other people see that you were on 1 of those spots you can say that they are clipping! and so cheating!Pedsdude wrote:I think rules are pretty vague to be honest. Obviously clipping is cheating because it gives you an unfair advantage against others, but surely so is climbing up a building where others don't know how to get up to?
