This is only an experimental tutorial, I have not used the tool, I am just writing this as I look at the tools and play with it.
Firstly, create a new folder in your mod directory.
Now, place your menu files and gsc's in their correct folders inside the RAW folder. E.g GSC files inside raw/maps/mp
Now, once you have done that, open ModBuilder.exe
On the CSV creation tab, select your mod from the drop down box.
Click "New csv" and name it the same as you mod.
Now, locate your files in the "files" list and place them in the CSV list.
Click Save CSV.
Now, move over to the modbuiler tab.
Now, select your mod and the select your FF CSV file.
Next, click "Build Fast File" and build. If you want to allow some objects public access, click "Make IWD File" and select the files you wish to be included in the IWD on the right.
you should now have a mod.ff file
If this works, let me know and I will create a proper tutorial.
