[CoD4] CoDJumper Mod - New & Improved
Ok, before I get started, official statement...
You may modify the mod to add remove features to your desire but if you wish the modification to be included in future releases, the edits must be understandable and preferably annotated.
The reason that is posted is because the last edit I had to work with was mostly thrown together and was not understandable. So anything which isn't clear, use the comment feature.
Onwards!
Features:
- Save Mod
- Invulnerability + Damage Check
- Unlimited RPGs & Nades
- Welcome Messages
- Admin Server Messages
- Admin Player Messages
Explanation and Dvars:
- Invulnerability
- cj_allowdamage
- This Dvar when enabled, can either allow all damage, or allow only personal damage.
- Syntax: 0 (No Damage) / 1 (All Damage) / 2 (Personal Damage)
- Example: set cj_allowdamage 2
- Damage Check
- cj_showdamage
- This dvar when enabled will display the amount of damage taken by the player.
- Syntax: 0 (On) / 1 (Off)
- Example: set cj_showdamage 1
- Welcome Message
- cj_welcome
- This dvar is used to apply messages to a player once they have spawned.
- The dvar can be used to create a multi-line message with a different wait time between each message.
- To create such a message, use the following syntax.
- Syntax: "<wait>::<message>::<wait>::<message>::<wait>::<message>" (etc)
- Example: set cj_welcome "1::Hello::0::Welcome to the server::3::Enjoy your stay"
- Admin: Player Messages
- cj_player_msg
- Use this dvar to send a message to a player (or players).
- This dvar works on substrings and 2 sizes, bold (b) and small (s).
- Syntax 1: "name::message"
- Syntax 2: "size::name::message"
- Example 1: "Drofder::Hello" (Using syntax 1)
- Example 2: "s::Drofder::Hello" (Using syntax 2)
- Example 3: "b::Dro::Hello" (Using syntax 2 with partial name)
- Admin: Server Messages
- cj_server_msg
- Use this to send a message to everyone on the server. Use 's' or 'b' to change size of message.
- Syntax: "size::message"
- Example: "s::Welcome"
- RPG's & Greandes
- RPG's have been set to "number 6", this is usually where you will find UAV/Airstirke/Helicopter. After using 2 RPG's, they will replenish themselves.
- Grenades will replenish every few seconds.
Installation & Usage
- Navigate to your 'Mods' folder.
Default: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods
- Create a folder called "cod4jumper".
- Unzip ZIP contents to that folder.
- Load Call of Duty 4 MP
- Click 'Mods' on the menu
- Double-Click "cod4jumper"
- Load a map

Nades are still in, and they and the RPG's are unlimited. (I have fixed first post to say this).

Ya need Nade to kill yaself, as i dont think RPGs does the job..
If ya get stuck on the map try killing yaself with a RPG, i did and it didnt work, there are parts in sertan maps where 1 can get stuck, and you cant get killed by knife or bullet, so thats where ya need the nades.. I say keep them in.
