WHAT CAN I DO!!!!

I join the CodJumper server of 24.107.103.80:28960, and some of the times, this person with the "gamertag" ofxCuFt keeps on kicking me off of the server for no reason. He is always making fun of me because I cant strafe perfectly or bounce perfectly. Him and his friend xHaze, are always voting to kick me off the server. I do not do anything wrong and I do not annoy them. I am getting annoyed of being temporarily banned for doing nothing but playing the game. What can I do to keep this from happening?

Screenshot/demo it or let an admin on xfire know asap so they can get on the server and see what's going on.
