Australian CJ servers down?

Hey, i'm just wondering but, what's the reason for the Australian servers being down? ><

They changed the ips today and never sent out a email to inform me.

New CJ#8: 119.252.191.53:28966
New CJ#9: 119.252.191.55:28965

Both servers are up and running
