probably best strafe is the one from sun rises once more... the known 250 rpg strafe on pipeline but done without it....
for best bounce id go for crash heli bounce cause its just legendary...
best elevator is the simple one on strike cause its the king of all elevators....

a suggestion for an extra catogery. Maybe the best bounce you found yourselves in all that time? I dont know any other thing you could use you pretty much made a catogery for every kind of jump.
