Only Fraps... But you can record your gameplay but I'm not sure if you can cut it in pieces if you understand what I mean...

I dunno whether you can or not. I know someone who was trying to edit a fraps movie and he had trouble with it, but he could have just been not very good at it

fraps seems to be the way but im sure theres a vid editor that will help edit fraps somewhere

Are you talking about taking clips and editing them together? When I make CS:S videos, I use Fraps and edit them together with Windows Movie Maker. It's not the best program, but it gets the job done.

In regard to Fraps having huge sizes, if you have WMM, you can compress them. A one minute clip straight out of Fraps can be compresses to about 2mb. Email me if you want a copy of WMM.

Hmm... I might get that myself... only problem is that I only have about 200MB free hard drive at the moment lol, so i wouldn't be able to record in fraps to begin with

You can get programs that cut down the size of fraps files, i think Xvid might be one.
